Kuwait Air Force chief checks on troops in Saudi

KUWAIT CITY(IAMINKUWAIT):  Commander of the Kuwait Air Force, Air Vice-Marshal Adnan Al Fadhli, has inspected Kuwaiti forces taking part in the ‘Operation Restore Hope,’ deployed in Saudi Arabia. Kuwait Army Chairmanship of Staff said in a press release yesterday that the visit to the troops, which took place on Wednesday, was conducted upon directions by the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, followed up by the Kuwait Army Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Mohammad AlKhodhr. Air Vice-Marshal Al-Fadhli, who was accompanied by senior officers, was welcomed by the Commander of the Saudi Royal Air Forces, Lieutenant General Turki bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, at King Salman Air Base in Riyadh region. He proceeded to the second operations zone in Khamis Mshait, where he held talks with Kuwaiti officers over role of the participating Kuwaiti air force units.
